The St. Croix

The St Croix was a floor plan first created by Navigate Homes in 2018 and is still a popular choice today. This great open floor plan has a lot of finish space for the money. The main level great room has a gas fireplace and open dining/kitchen with center island breakfast bar, mudroom off kitchen and garage with lockers and pantry. The primary bathroom has dual vanities, a tiled shower, and an enormous walk-in closet. The finished lower level has two good-sized bedrooms, two separate storage rooms, and a large open family room. This home also includes a screened porch and the option to add a wet bar.
