Russ Doland is a Site Superintendent for Navigate Homes and has an impressive background in commercial and residential construction. His construction experience started when he was just 18, where he gained valuable knowledge and skills about the industry. Since high school, he has worked on several large-scale commercial construction projects, including projects for Pancheros and BioLife Plasma Services and is looking forward to being part of the Navigate Homes construction team.

Outside of work, Russ enjoys long motorcycle trips and spending time with his family.
