David, a native of Burlington, Iowa, is driven by a strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to serving others. After graduating high school, he joined the United States Air Force, where he developed the discipline, adaptability, and attention to detail that continue to shape his approach today.

He moved to Iowa City in 2009 and quickly found a community he was proud to call home. Since then, David has remained actively involved, volunteering with local organizations including Houses Into Homes and Access 2 Independence.

Before transitioning into real estate, David spent 14 years in the restaurant industry, where he built a foundation centered on service, communication, and genuine connection. Today, as part of Navigate Homes, he brings that same mindset to every client experience—guiding buyers through the homebuilding process, helping them make confident decisions, and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.
