The Greater Iowa City Area Home Builders Association recently awarded Navigate Homes with a Builders Excellence Trophy at the 2017 Iowa City Area Parade of Homes. On June 1st, 2017, members of Home Builders Associations from across the state of Iowa toured 29 homes as part of the area’s 50th Annual Parade of Homes. Two to three judges evaluated each home on its exterior, interior, livability, overall flow, functionality, and interior/exterior foundation. At the end of the tour, points were tallied and a winner was determined for homes in varying price categories. Navigate Homes was awarded the best-in-class trophy for the $341,000-$400,000 price range.

The winning home is located at 133 Charles Drive in Iowa City. The five bedroom home measures over 2,500 square feet and features an open main floor and a completely finished lower level. The main floor features an open-concept kitchen with a center island and breakfast bar. The lower level has ample room for entertaining and family space, as well as a walk-out entrance.
