Karl has spent a lifetime building. He was co-owner and manager of a home construction company for a number of years before he got into commercial construction. He has built many high-end restaurants and commercial buildings. Karl joined the Navigate Homes team as Site Supervisor in 2019 and has been running our job sites since then. He was promoted to Production Manager in 2021, and he is now in charge of our construction team, quality control, and schedules. In his spare time, Karl enjoys motorcycle rides with family and friends. And yes he has a full head of hair.
