“Realtors Home for Our Future” Award
In 2009, our company received the “Realtors Homes for Our Future” award from the City of Iowa City and the Housing and Community Development Commission.
We participated in the project and built a home that was a certified “Green Home”. The home was also built with “Aging in Place” in mind, with the intent being to build a home that would allow the owners to continue living there even as they grew older and became faced with possible financial and accessibility limitations, in addition to key features of energy efficiency and accessibility.
