Excellent experience working with Navigate. Their team was extremely patient, prompt, and knowledgeable when asked many many questions, starting with the first open house visit with David. This new home is well built and truly was move in ready at closing. Navigate has checked in frequently after the move to ensure new home issues were taken care of, which were very few – wall ding, missing lightbulb, and a hole in a screen (courtesy of a wild turkey visit!) Highly recommend David Vahle and his team.
