Construction Framers
Navigate Homes has been a leading home builder in the area for many years. We are seeking experienced carpenters and journeymen with quality craftsmanship skills who are reliable and can adapt to our team environment. Willing to train if necessary.
Qualifications
Construction Experience: 2 years preferred but not required
Frame Carpentry: 2 years preferred but not required
Job Responsibilities:
- Candidate will be able to do full range of rough carpentry work, including wall framing, setting floor and roof trusses, sheath floors and roofs, building stairs, framing basements, build garages, decks and porches.
- Great communication skills
- Team Oriented
- Ensure work progresses accurately
- Ability to measure and mark lumber and other materials
- Oversee that materials and work area are clean and obstruction-free
- Able to lift 40 to 60 lbs.
- Able to climb up and down ladders, scaffolding and stairs
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Work outside in heat and cold temperatures
- Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 hourly or more based on experience, overtime available

We are seeking a Selections Coordinator who plays a key role in bringing our homes to life—curating beautiful interior and exterior finishes for speculative homes and guiding pre-sold buyers through personalized selections. They collaborate closely with our construction team to ensure every home is completed with care, consistency, and style.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of residential real estate and home design
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and design software preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Select design packages for 50+ spec homes per year
- Inspire homebuyers with tasteful interior and exterior selections
- Work directly with pre-sold clients to guide them through the selection process
- Collaborate with the construction team to ensure design success
- Maintain selection and budget tracking spreadsheets
- Host open houses (especially during the first year of employment)
- Provide solutions to design challenges and source materials as needed
- Stay informed on current design trends and buyer preferences
- Regularly update Navigate Homes’ social media and website with photos and engaging text
- Stage homes and coordinate with staging vendors
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and general inquiries
- Evening and weekend work required

Vice President of Finance
Navigate Homes has been a trusted homebuilder in the region for many years. We are seeking a Vice President of Finance to oversee and guide our financial operations with precision and strategic insight. This role is critical to our continued growth, ensuring sound budgeting, accurate reporting, and strong financial leadership across all departments. The VP of Finance works closely with our leadership team to maintain fiscal responsibility, support company initiatives, and drive long-term success.
Finance Oversight
- Lead financial operations, including ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, revenue, and asset accounting
- Develop and implement systems to track outstanding debt obligations
- Prepare annual business plan and departmental budgets
- Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit process
- Review loan request packets and related documentation
- Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with financial institutions
Accounting & Budgeting
- Collaborate with department heads to standardize budget formats and content
- Establish quarterly budget variance reviews
- Review monthly profit & loss and balance sheet reports
- Conduct detailed financial closeout reviews of completed home projects
- Oversee cash flow tracking, financial analysis, and reporting
- Improve and streamline accounting processes to ensure compliance and efficiency

Requirements:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- Prior leadership in accounting, preferably within real estate, construction, or homebuilding
- Strong background in financial reporting, A/R, A/P, and budgeting
- Experience with accounting systems implementation is a plus
