Marinan attended the University of Iowa, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Finance. Before joining Navigate Homes, Marinan gained over five years of accounting experience working for Four Oaks in Cedar Rapids and Buckle Down Publishing in Iowa City, and has worked as an Accounting Manager since 2011.

Outside the office, Marinan enjoys cycling, spending time with family and friends, and relaxing with her pets. She is a member of the Iowa City Flute Choir, playing the bass flute, and serves on the board as Vice- President and Treasurer.
