Dave leads the way at Navigate Homes with his wealth of knowledge and experience in all areas of home building and land development.

Dave recently moved to Iowa with his wife Jennifer after many years developing and building communities in Colorado. Under Dave’s leadership, his companies grew into some of the most successful builders and developers in the state while maintaining high levels of quality, design and great value. You will frequently hear Dave saying, “failure is not an option”. That level of passion and commitment will allow Dave to continue to bring the highest level of quality into every Navigate home.

Dave and Jennifer live in Iowa City, and their favorite pastimes are working out, and traveling.
