The Spring & Fall Parade of Homes are annual events the Greater Cedar Rapids Housing & Building Association organizes and produces to offer potential home buyers and current homeowners the opportunity to view many of the area’s best new and remodeled homes and exciting new neighborhoods. Visitors to the parade discover unique homes and floor plans, beautiful communities, the latest in interior design trends and home technology, exterior finishes, outdoor living, and landscaping.

Our skill in building communities was displayed in Cedar Rapids for the first time in 2022. We had more than one parade home featured – and unveiled our 58-lot subdivision overlooking the woods and Cedar River. As a result, our home on Seminole Valley Trail NE in Ushers Ridge was awarded the trophy.
